The Mid-Career Pathways Programme is a full-time attachment programme which supports mature mid-career individuals aged 40 and above to widen their professional networks and gain meaningful industry-relevant skills and experience. This programme last between four to six months.
Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) helps employers broaden their talent pool or transform their workforce by reskilling mid-career new hires or existing employees into growth job roles with good longer-term prospects with up to 90% salary support. This programme last between three to six months.
The Senior Worker Grant provides up to $125,000 to employers who offer part-time re-employment, flexible work arrangements (FWAs) and structured career planning (SCP) to senior workers.
To qualify for the grant, companies will need to have at least 1 full time senior worker aged 60 years and above at the point of application.
